ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We're looking for high-energy, motivated real estate financing professionals to join and help build our loan advisory team. This is a multi-faceted role being mortgage loan officer and also business development in nature. iHarmoni serves brokers and loan officers rather than borrowers.  In this role, you'll assist our sales and business development team to convert broker/MLO prospects into active members of iHarmoni’s digital mortgage platform and then you'll stay involved to manage their mortgage deal flow. You'll assist broker members and their borrower clients from origination to closing. You’ll have a direct hand in managing personal relationships with everyone involved as well as flexing your technology and mortgage financing skills. In this role, you will have a direct impact on product development and strategic business growth.  If you're a mortgage loan originator or officer or a commercial mortgage broker  looking for a new role at the intersection of modern tech, sales and the mortgage industry, iHarmoni’s business development opportunity is for you. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Use your personality and passion to engage and convert a pipeline of broker prospects we provide you to become members of our platform by providing demonstrations of our technology and explanations of our mortgage advisory services.
  • Leverage your real estate financing skills to assist members and their clients with their loan journey through the mortgage process utilizing our platform to drive loans to successful closing.
  • Generate new and repeat loan opportunities by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Educate members about features and benefits of our product, provide software demos and make recommendations as appropriate to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Represent iHarmoni in the market in a positive manner and network to create additional prospects for the Company.
  • Keep up-to-date regarding the state of the capital markets, active lenders, and the real estate industry.
  • Participate in strategic planning and product development meetings and add your creative thoughts to our brainstorming sessions.
     

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE

  • 3-7+ years hands-on experience with loan originations, loan processing, and communication with borrowers and lenders.
  • You love sales and speaking with people. 
  • Experience working with Pipeline management and CRM systems
  • Must have strong computer use competency 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and emotionally intelligent
  • Self-motivated, driven, persistent and professional.
